Please be respectful and understanding with the team.
⤷ We are a small team of disabled and disordered people, who are working very hard to add representation into Clangen. We are not medical professionals, nor are we claiming to be — we are real people who have the things we're adding to the game. For the things we're adding that we do not personally have, we are getting direct input from Clangen server members who do.For these reasons, we request that you be kind and considerate with us, and with your critique. Criticism is always welcome, but please remember we are working off of our own experiences and the direct input of others.By choosing to play this mod, you are agreeing to be respectful about the contents within. Failure to do so will lead to a ticket being opened with the server moderators.

On The Warrior Style Naming System
⤷ Please be advised that this mod currently uses Warriors-style names to represent the disorders and disabilities included. We understand that some players may find these names uncomfortable or inappropriate. However, they will not be removed from the mod. These names were carefully chosen by devs who have personal experience with each disorder and disability. We have put considerable effort into crafting them and believe they add to the overall experience of the mod.We are actively working on implementing a toggle feature to make the game inclusive to people who are uncomfortable with the Warriors-style names. If the inclusion of these names still makes you uncomfortable even with the toggle, we respectfully ask that you consider using another mod.⤷ About Starwalker/Autism: After solid community feedback, we have decided we will not be changing the name Starwalker. It makes us and others feel happy and represented. You are always welcome to submit criticism on the name, but its no longer subject to being changed.

Please do not not use our mod alongside challenges containing the following themes: ableism, sexism (both misogyny and misandry), transphobia, mutation, cults, sacrifice, apocalypses, and breeding*⤷ The usage of our mod alongside challenges with these themes would make multiple members of the mod team incredibly uncomfortable. We are simply not comfortable risking someone labeling the disorders and disabilities inside of this mod as ugly or otherwise undesirable, and killing off cats because of that.We are aware that these challenges are not made with ableist or malicious intent, and that there are disclaimers on the challenges themselves and threads that use them. However, people do use challenges with those themes for ableist purposes anyways, and for our comfort, we don't want our mod used alongside them.*Challenges that feature breeding exclusively for in-game traits are okay, as long as you are not extending that breeding to disabilities or disorders inside the mod. This rule does extend to Pretty Kitty Challenges.

Please do not give input on subjects in the mod that you do not have.
⤷ For example, if you don't have ADHD, please don't try to give input on how ADHD is handled in our mod. This includes submitting input form responses for disorders/disabilities you don't personally have. We are looking only for firsthand experience – having a friend or family member with the subject does not count, and will not be taken into consideration.
